Courses/Education Content
We offer a 30-day refund policy for all course and educational content purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do reserve the right to deny this request if significant progress has been made on the course.
Booking Sessions (Tech-help, Consultations, etc.)
Refunds are not available for missed or completed booking sessions. However, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, we will reschedule or issue a refund at your request.
Custom Products and Services
Due to the nature of custom work, refunds are not available once the final product—or any substantial portion of it (including proof of concepts or drafts)—has been delivered to the client. Please ensure you communicate clearly throughout the creation process to avoid any dissatisfaction.
